UNIFORM DEVICES, PATCHES, NAME TAGS and MISC.
Sewn name tags, and devices for the ODU uniform may be obtained from a couple of different sources as well.  If you purchase ODU uniforms directly from the UDC (see above) you can get a great deal on the sewn name tag and USCG Auxiliary tags directly from them at the time of purchase.  The next best source is the Bent Needle.

Bent Needle
503-325-0638 and their USPS mailing address is:
1444 Commercial
Astoria, OR 97103
Very Good Quality

METAL DEVICES and PLASTIC NAME TAGS
The primary source for these is the 8th Western Rivers Materials Store.  You may order direct from the store but doing so will raise your cost for each item by 10%.  If you place your orders through the FSO-MA you will save 10% off the listed catalog price. Write down the product number, description, catalog price and the quantity of the items you wish to acquire and email that information to the FSO-MA.  The materials will be ordered for you. When they arrive he will get them to you along with a billing for your discounted cost.  Once you place the order you will be committed to accepting shipment and will be required to pay for it on receipt.

OTHER MATERIALS (Postage Stamps, Manuals, Brochures etc)
If you require other supplies, these too may be ordered through the FSO-MA, with some limitations.  Most educational course materials must be ordered through the FSO-MT (Member Training Officer) and can not be ordered directly through the FSO-MA.

Auxiliary National Supply Center (ANSC)
Most of these items are to be used for specific programs and are not just for ordering to have.  You may review the catalog and see if there are items which you feel you need to have - if there are you may place an order through the FSO-MA by sending an e-mail.  Be forewarned however these orders may be questioned, but if they are for valid purposes they will be processed.  If you have any questions regarding the relevance of these items for your specific program involvement you may wish to discuss your order with the program staff officer for that program for advise.  You will note in the catalog that most of these items are restricted in the number of units which may be ordered at one time.
