Twin Cities Metro South Flotilla 11-02 is based in the Minneapolis and St Paul area.  As part of Division 11, our area of responsibility runs from Lock and Dam #2 at Hastings, Minnesota, down the Mississippi River through Red Wing to Wacouta Light UMR MM 784.1 in Lake Pepin.
